The Asus Zenfone 8 introduced last May will get a successor later this month as Asus today announced the Zenfone 9 will be unveiled on July 28.
The Asus Zenfone 9 will be unveiled at multiple events in New York, Berlin, and Taipei at 1PM UTC, and you can expect the launch to be streamed live on YouTube and other social media accounts of the Taiwanese brand.
Asus hasn't divulged anything about the Zenfone 9 other than showing us the front side of the smartphone. However, an official promo video that leaked last week revealed the Zenfone 9's design and specs, including the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, 5.9" 120Hz AMOLED screen, 50MP Sony IMX766 primary camera with gimbal, and a 4,300 mAh battery.
